With a monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring payment only when there’s suitable work for your designer.
What is the maximum number of requests, is there a limitation?
After signing up, we will create a shared board on Trello to serve as our central resource. You can add as many requests as you like to your card, and they will be completed and delivered in order.
How many feedbacks can I provide for a delivery, is there a limitation?
We will continue to revise the design until you love it. This is just one of the advantages of the system.
How soon will my requests be delivered?
“The average delivery time is 3 days, but depending on the complexity of the designs, we will set a specific milestone and deliver accordingly.”
Are there any design works that are outside the scope?
Can we have a meeting or conduct a voice/video call?
No. These have been entirely canceled as we embrace a completely new approach that deviates from conventional norms. You can articulate your request in writing on Trello, provide details through Google Docs, and make your requests permanent. It is crucial to be able to read the request instantly whenever possible. This is not feasible with video and audio information.
Do you have a refund policy?
We don’t offer refunds.
